Bigger and more detailed pieces ship in small boxes so nothing gets squished, bent, or tangled in the mail.

All shipping is handled with parent or guardian help — they print labels, drop off packages, and reply to any shipping questions. Ella's personal address is never shared online.
Tracking may be used so you can see exactly when your kandi is on its way and when it arrives.
Shipping cost depends on the size of the item and how much you order. Bigger items (cuffs, banners, kandi animals) cost a little more to ship than small bracelets. Ella's parent will tell you the exact shipping cost before you pay — no surprises!
